I cannot begin to say how happy I am with my experience with The Innovant Group, Chris and his team. They were amazing and went out of their way to assist me through the customized build process from the ground up of my condo. My situation is unique, as a woman with dwarfism who stands 4 foot tall, having a home that is handicap accessible was a dream. After spending 20 years in a condo that was not built for my situation and using step stools in the kitchen and bathroom, I knew what I wanted and needed in my forever home. When I asked Chris if he could build a custom kitchen and bath with various additional small modifications in the condo the answer was an immediate "yes, we can build this condo for you". That was key, no hesitation and utmost confidence in himself and team to take on this custom build. I had specific items I knew as a little person that I would need, but he and his team were true to their name, "innovant" as they came up with design ideas and changes during the build process as well to accommodate my day to day living because they LISTENED to me from the start and constantly kept in mind my accessibility requirements.

Chris, Randy, and Mark were always available to take my calls and answer my emails while being patient with me as a customer and encouraging me to make decisions that would benefit my situation instead of pressuring me into what would work best for them. I think it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer going through the building process and they always kept me informed and explained the process in detail. My home was completed in a timely manner with all issues and/or concerns being immediately addressed.

The Innovant Group went above and beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and just making the building process as stress free as possible and most importantly making it an exciting experience. I appreciate the friendly business relationship I continue to have with The Innovant Group. Their excellent workmanship and finished design far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend The Innovant Group to anyone looking to build a new home. I look forward to many great memories here in my custom, accessible, and stunning home. With thanks and gratitude".

I had hired Innovant from a referral for my salon, Mint Hair Crafting in Ferndale as we were expanding and relocating. I was nervous to make the investment, and my feelings showed up during one of our planning sessions - everyone was kind and supportive as I sound boarded my concerns. I felt heard and respected as Chris and Randy offered solutions and feedback.

Randy oversaw the on-site work of the salon buildout and was easy to communicate with. He gave me realistic updates as things progressed and handled challenges with expertise.
Chris was supportive and very clear on what I should expect during the process. He checked in consistently and had a plan of communication when he would be unavailable.
